Job Description

As a CNA at Greater Baltimore Homecare LLC, you will provide various personal and health care services to enhance the quality of life for our clients. This role requires a compassionate approach and a commitment to the well-being of those in our care.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily personal activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility support, including transfers and assistance with walking.
• Monitor and record clients’ vital signs as well as physical and mental health status.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping duties related to client care.
• Encourage clients to engage in appropriate activities that enhance their quality of life.
• Ensure the highest standards of care and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification.
• Proven experience in a similar caregiving role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks commonly associated with caregiving.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
